Q: How do I add customers to my affiliate account?
A: Simply share your unique affiliate link found in your affiliate account. Whenever someone registers using your link, we auto tag them as one of your customers.
Q: How do I get paid?
A: Every time one of your customers pays for a subscription we will set aside 20% of the payment just for you. After 90 days from the payment if all is well we will pay straight into your PayPal account.
Q: What happens if a payment is refunded?
A: If the customer asks for a refund or there is any other kind of issue that means the payment is not received, you will not receive a commission.
Q: Where can I share my Affiliate Link?
A: You can share the link anywhere. Via email, from your own website, via your social media channels, in the post, anywhere. As long as the end-user users your exact affiliate link they will be tagged to your account.
Q: A customer I know signed up but they aren't tagged as my customer
A: If the customer does not appear in your affiliate account, they have not used your exact affiliate link. In this case, we will not tag the customer to you under any circumstances.
