Introducing Automation from transpond
We are super excited to announce the arrival of our brand new, much requested Automation feature which enables you to automate your email marketing simply and quickly.
So what does this Automation stuff mean, and why is it handy?
Well, Automation (also known as Marketing Automation in the industry) is a way of automating your Marketing so you dont have to worry about it. It's really handy for things like welcoming new customers, or sending a voucher code when somebody buys something from your shop, or maybe even just sending a "Happy Birthday" greeting on your subscribers birthdays.
Pretty awesome eh? And there's lots more you can do with our Automation tools too.
The problem we found with Automation is its HARD.
If you look at most of the leading automation platforms around, you really have to be a bit of a robot to figure out how it all works, and how to use it. So with this in mind, we've really focused on producing an Automation interface that even my Mum can use (sorry Mum, but come on you are still finding it tough using your old Nokia 3310).
You literally just point at things on your screen and we guide you step by simple step through the whole thing.
And to make life even easier, we've even put together a few automation templates covering the most useful automations. Select a template, and then all you have to do is fill in the blanks.

Even if you don't think Automation applies to you, we strongly encourage you to at least give it a quick try. Imagine knowing that without doing anything you are automatically sending customers a "How are we doing" email a few days after they visit your site, or sending a voucher on your customers birthdays. Its well worth a few minutes of setting up for a lifetime of ease (and repeat, loving customers).

Another thing we noticed as we looked around at what others are doing, is that Automation usually seems to be reserved for the paying customers, and in some cases you even have to pay more than a usual subscription to use it.
Automation is such a cool feature, we decided not to put it behind a pay wall. So wether you are an upgraded customer, or a free forever user, you can still enjoy the love.
