We've rolled out a number of exciting new features this month that are aimed to make your email marketing easier, but also more insightful.
App Market Place
We are really excited to announce the arrival of our brand new App Marketplace for the Drag and Drop email editor.
The market place enables you to browse email blocks and elements from some of the web's leading services, and drag awesome them straight onto your email template.
Our first app is from the amazing review site Trustpilot. If you have a Trustpilot account you can now display your Trustpilot score, and even your latest reviews in your emails by simply dragging and dropping one of the Trustpilot blocks straight onto your template.
Reply Tracking
Our next addition is called Reply Tracking and it sort of does what the name suggests, you can track anyreplies that are received after you've sent out an email campaign (And trigger or even stop automations when they do).
You will find a new "Reply Tracking" section under the "Your Company" area, where you can setup new reply tracking addresses for us to monitor. Once setup any reply a campaign receives will be shown under a new tab when viewing a campaign called, you guessed it.. Reply Tracking!
Drag and Drop Editor New Features
Along with the new App Market place (see above), we've also added a number of other really handy features to the drag and drop editor this month.
- Save blocks. You can now save blocks for re-use again in any other template. (Handy for things like headers or footers)
- Link to Files. We've made it much easier to upload and link to files (Like PDFs)
We've also made lots of other changes including bug fixes, and ease of use updates. Look out for them!
Merge Tags in Subject Lines
You can now use merge tags in subject lines, and to make this easy we've also provided a new "Insert Merge Tag" tool which allows you to simply select a merge tag to import. (We know it can be tricky remembering all of those merge tags!)
Trustpilot Integration
To accompany our new Trustpilot App Market Apps, we've also added a full Trustpilot Integration which enables you to link to your Trustpilot account, automatically add new Reviewers to your transpond subscribers, trigger automations when new reviews are received and much more.
